Who is coach Kevin Kearns?

Coach Kevin Kearns is a pioneer in the world of functional fitness and combat sports training. With over 30 years of experience, he has dedicated his career to transforming athletes, professionals, and everyday individuals through his innovative training methodologies. As the founder of Burn With Kearns, he has developed a reputation for pushing limits and delivering exceptional results.

His expertise in strength and conditioning earned him recognition as a UFC Top-5 Ranked Strength & Conditioning Coach, working with elite fighters to maximize their performance. Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need prior boxing experience?

Nope. Zero. Nada. This camp is built for beginners. Most of our fighters have never thrown a punch before. We start with fundamentals and build you up step-by-step — skill, strength, and confidence. All you need is commitment and the courage to show up.

Is this safe?

Yes, as long as you are upfront about what your limitations are, this workout is completely safe. We take safety seriously — no ego, no recklessness. You’ll train under an experienced coach who knows how to push hard in the safest way possible. You're in good hands, always. We will modify as needed for you and your particular situation.

What equipment do I need?

The equipment you’ll need will vary, but we suggest a stability ball, medicine ball, resistance bands, and dumbbells. Later in the program we may suggest a Bosu (half stability ball) if you like, or some other training implements that we use. We do suggest boxing gloves if you have them- the idea behind this is to be able to do this anywhere at any time even if even if you’re on the road, at home, or outside.

How often are the training sessions?

They are 3 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes online. If you’re located within our area, you can also join a group live.  Each session is structured to build fight IQ, fitness, and mindset. It’s intense, but balanced to prevent burnout. Consistency is the name of the game. You miss sessions? We record each session, so we have you covered. We’re here to keep you accountable and ready.

Where is the training located?

Sessions are 3 to 4 times a week for 30 minutes online, and each is recorded. If you’re located within our area, you can also join a group live. If you want to create a custom program at your home or for your company - we'll make it happen, on your turf.
